The Marketing Engagement Manager is responsible for delivering targeted communications and driving positive engagement with guests of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust by utilizing Customer Relationship Management tools and applying industry best practices. This position oversees the Trust’s email marketing efforts including strategy development, process implementation, analytical reporting, and ongoing optimization of manual and automated campaigns. In addition to managing email marketing efforts that drive revenue and provide exceptional guest service, this individual monitors guest sentiment and provides support for website content management and social media account management functions in the department.
Candidates should be passionate about the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s mission, including positively impacting quality of life in Pittsburgh and revitalizing the Cultural District through the arts. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is required (Tessitura preferred) along with strong written and oral communication skills and attention to detail. Working knowledge of website content management systems and social media management tools is preferred. An ideal candidate will also possess basic knowledge of graphic design and multimedia editing tools.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, digital marketing, or related technical field preferred. This is a full-time, salaried position with a salary range starting at $40,000.
